Raising great beef has always been our passion. When we discovered all the benefits of wagyu it only fueled our desire to raise higher quality cattle that improved the consumers overall dining experience.

For Sean it started in college where he would meet with a select group of teammates that called themselves the Carnivores Club. They would go to a local butcher in town each pick their own steak for the evening with each person trying to one up the next….then we would gather by the charcoal grill and create our individual masterpiece. It was a time to gather and bond as friends. As I got older, I learned about Texas Wagyu meats. Bought my first cow two years ago with my partners and we enjoyed it immensely with our families. Our goal is to deliver that same sense of enjoyment to your door step.

Healthy food options has always been my go to when it comes to meals. After discovering Wagyu, the health benefits alone made me feel like this country needs to discover the advantages of a healthy red meat option. The taste and tenderness is a must when enjoying a nice quality cut. CowboyWagyu was just an idea, now i’m excited to see where it goes.
