For Sean it started in college where he would meet with a select group of teammates that called themselves the Carnivores Club. They would go to a local butcher in town each pick their own steak for the evening with each person trying to one up the next….then we would gather by the charcoal grill and create our individual masterpiece. It was a time to gather and bond as friends. As I got older, I learned about Texas Wagyu meats. Bought my first cow two years ago with my partners and we enjoyed it immensely with our families. Our goal is to deliver that same sense of enjoyment to your door step.
